The ADAMI – Media Prize for Cultural Diversity in Eastern Europe was awarded in December for the first time. Filmpunkt-producer Stefan Tolz started the project as the program director.

For his cinematic approximation to the feeling of yearning, Thomas Riedelsheimer went to Couva de Moura for film-taking – one of the most notorious districts of Lisbon. In April, he returns to take some more material.

After the picture lock in October, cahier africain's sound is now finished! The RuhrSoundStudios in Dortmund merged the film with the sound.

ARTE and KHM are presenting „Breathing Earth - Susumu Shingu's Dream", the new documentary by Thomas Riedelsheimer.
