Cahier africain celebrated a wonderful premiere at the Semaine de la critique, Locarno. One can only hardly imagine a better event for the world premiere. The first screening of cahier africain took place on Sunday, 7th August in the Cinema Teatro Kursaal in Locarno. After the screening, Heidi Specogna answered the questions by the amazed audience.
The Semaine de la critique is an independent section oft he International Filmfestival Locarno. In cooperation with the Swiss Association of Film Journalists, films with exceptional social engagement are awarded.
During the festival, Rushlake Media announced the acquisition of the world sales rights of cahier africain.
