Thomas Riedelsheimer's second movie about land artist Andy Goldsworthy will be distributed by Mongrel International. Sixteen years after his first feature of Goldworthy's work RIVERS AND TIDES, Riedelsheimer now created an even more personal investigation. Despite Mongrel holding world sales on LEANING INTO THE WIND, Piffl will distribute the film in Germany whereas Eurozoom will distribute in France this year. The documentary will celebrate its premiere at San Francisco International Film Festival in April with an additional anniversary screening of RIVERS AND TIDES.
LEANING INTO THE WIND is a Scottish-German co-production of Skyline Productions Ltd. with Filmpunkt GmbH and is among others supported by National Lottery through Creative Scotland.
