After shootings in the Central Africain Republic and in Chad, Heidi Specogna's film is now in the editing room. The images of cameraman Johann Feindt are now being put together by cutter Kaya Inan. Cahier Africain is a co-production by Filmpunkt, ZDF/3SAT (Commisioning Editors: Udo Bremer & Katya Mader), and the Swiss company PS Film from Zurich.
